KASP genotyping of loci associated with the “1000-grain weight” trait in common wheat (Tríticum aestívum L.)

Using the KASP technology, allelic composition of TaTGW6-A1, TaGASR7-A1, TaCKX6-D1, and TaGs3-D1 loci associated with 1000-grain weight trait was identified in 25 varieties variety accessions common wheat Belarusian foreign breeding. Annotated DNA sequences were selected for modeling synthesis primers. It demonstrated that examined genotypes had carried both favorable alleles weight, producing a negative effect on under study. Six breeding identified. They complex positively correlating trait: Vestochka-17, E-2318, E-2263, E-2298, E-1569, E-2695.
